Entrepreneurial Business Planning - 6 Week Series

Whether you are starting a business or just want to brush up on certain areas of an existing business, these workshops are for you!!  During this course, participants will learn the importance of business plans, the key required elements of a basic plan and data that must be included.

Topics include:

Elements of a Business Plan - This workshop is designed for current and future business owners who have little or no knowledge of writing a business plan.  Participants will leave this session with a greater understanding of the areas that need to be researched and prepared to write a complete business plan.

Market Research & Trends - Researching and analyzing your target market can be very time consuming.  Participants will learn shortcuts to finding the information they need to identify their target markets.

Legal Considerations - What is the difference between sole proprietorships and limited liability corporations?  This workshop covers options for setting up your business as a legal entity.
