Nancy Cox graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. degree and received a masters from the University of West Florida.  Pen Gulf was founded in 1979 by her late husband.  Upon his death in 1995, she assumed leadership of the company. Pen Gulf is a multi state company.  They primarily work in the southeastern United States, and they specialize in construction maintenance.
