The Bizmobile is coming
MOBILE, AL—January 17, 2007 – The Women’s Business Center, Inc. (WBC) announced today that the Bizmobile will arrive in Mobile February 16, 2007 for a public dedication at their main office. After the ceremony, the Bizmobile will travel to Washington, Escambia and Clarke counties to mark its inaugural trip.

The public is invited to a light breakfast celebration at the WBC’s main office located at 1301 Azalea Road Mobile, AL. The events will begin at 8 a.m. and will conclude with the official send off of the Bizmobile. The festivities will continue at 10:30 a.m. in Chatom, AL. Mayor Harold Crouch will be at Chatom Town Hall to greet the Bizmobile and the public. Next, a lunch will be held in Jackson, AL at noon. The day will end at 3:30 p.m. with a celebration at the Economic Development Center in Atmore, AL located at 406 South Trammell.
Partnerships in Jackson, Chatom, and Atmore as well as Monroe and Conecuh counties have been established to bring the WBC services to the rural communities of Southern Alabama. The WBC Bizmobile project will serve both rural in-practice and potential entrepreneurs in Southern Alabama.
